Rossy "White Hand" Cash
45 · Bridgetown, Barbados
A devout son of the Yoruba Ifá faith, Rossy walks only in white — a child of Obatalá, orisha of purity and judgement. He never raises his voice and never touches the product. From a marble penthouse above the harbour he reads the city like a divining tray, moving men like cowrie shells. The law has never tied his name to a single crime. The streets just call him the White Hand.
Travis "Travi" Cash
35 · Bridgetown, Barbados
Rossy's nephew and the iron fist inside the velvet glove. Travi runs the cartel day-to-day and runs it bloody. Moving packages on the east blocks at twelve, he buried his first rival at nineteen. Loyal to family, merciless to everyone else. Where his uncle is patience, Travi is what happens when patience runs out.

Travi's wife and commander of the cartel's women — the Pelican Doves — a web of earners, enforcers and ghosts who move where men can't. Tokyo keeps the books, the bribes, and the bodies that have to vanish clean. Underestimate her once; you won't get a second time.
