These Terms govern use of the Pelican City Whitelist Discord bot and the official Pelican City Discord servers, operated by the Pelican City community. By using the service you agree to these Terms. Pelican City is an 18+ serious-roleplay community; by using the service you confirm you are at least 18.
The bot provides whitelisting, role assignment, account linking and community management for the Pelican City FiveM server and Discord; features may change at any time.
No unlawful use, no disrupting/exploiting/reverse-engineering the bot, no harassment, and you must follow Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines; we may suspend access for breaches.
Use is subject to our community rulebook (RDM, VDM, FailRP, powergaming, metagaming, combat-logging); staff may warn, remove or ban at discretion.
You are responsible for activity through your Discord account; we may revoke whitelist access at any time.
Service provided "as is" without warranties; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
